Dose: Per calendar

Duration: About 9 months, following a month-by-month calendar

Key points

  • Follows a printed month-by-month schedule from Nutramedix
  • Drainage and detox (Burbur-Pinella) start first to reduce herx reactions
  • Samento and Banderol are titrated drop-by-drop, typically up to 30 drops 2×/day
  • Includes serrapeptase for biofilm and magnesium for support

How it works

The Cowden Support Program (CSP) layers antimicrobial herbs on top of a detox foundation. Months 1–2 open the drainage pathways and introduce Samento and Cumanda; Banderol and additional detox agents are added in later months. Drops are taken in water, away from food.

Nutramedix publishes the full calendar on their website — download it before starting, as the exact sequence matters.

Lab note

An in-vitro study (Weiss, 2018) found Samento and Banderol have quite different effects on the liver enzymes that process medications. If you take prescription drugs, review this with your clinician.
